One of the gifts I love to give newlyweds is their wedding song lyrics in calligraphy. It’s personal and something they can keep framed or add to their wedding album as a keepsake.

2 couples were married in the past month that had the same wedding song, “Everything” by Michael Buble. I love the lyrics and the way the artwork turned out. It was a bit of a challenge to layout and keep it interesting, since there are a lot of repeated letters and words.

I used a shimmer watercolor paint palette in place of ink in a pretty blue shade, added a bit of black as a mix-in to create some shadows and color variation to the lines.
