As much as I try to create custom cards with individual recipients in mind, sometimes batch creating cards is the best route. Usually, I take this approach after an event where I have lots of people to thank. That was the case recently when my colleagues threw me a surprise baby shower.

I used heart shape cut outs from a novel as the backdrop for the “thanks” sentiment. It ultimately took about 2 hours to make 20 notecards.

While I was at it, I made a batch of “hello” cards to keep in my desk to easily pull when I want to send a quick note to someone.
